MBR ► The Membrane Bio-Reactor Technology

MBR Technology combines a Biological Treatment Process with a Membrane System to provide Organic and Suspended Solids removal Aeration Tank is the Biological Treatment Tank.

MBR membranes are of the ultra-filtration type and submerged in a tank. The principle of membrane filtration is based upon the separation of solids suspended in a water solution by means of a pressure difference.

The advantage of MBR Technology is minimum area is required to install the plant, Effluent quality is better than other systems.

 

SBR ►  Sequential Batch Reactor

The SBR is an activated sludge process designed to operate under non-steady state conditions. An SBR operates in a true batch mode with Aeration and Sludge Settlement both occurring in the same tank.
The major differences between SBR and conventional continuous flow, activated sludge system is that the SBR tank comes out
the functions of Equalization, Aeration and Sedimentation in a time Sequence.


 

MBBR ►  Moving Bed Bio Reactor 

Moving Bed Bioreactor Biologically treat waste water by circulating moving media in Aerobic and anaerobic Activated Sludge
Environment MBBR Systems  are an ideal treatment solution  for high strength  waste  water  or  siting applications requiring a
compact physical treatment.
 


Extended Aeration Treatment
In Extended Aeration process the Raw Sewage goes straight to the Aeration Tank  for  treatment  the  whole  process  is aerobic.
The BOD removal efficiency of the Extended Aeration Process is higher than Activated Sludge process.
